Placed an order for Somerville's Leones using Grabull at 8:19pm. At 9:45, no delivery. Called customer support, told to wait for them to contact driver. 20 minutes later, told that driver must have misplaced the order or eaten it. Told I will get my full refund. (But I was also told I was going to get my order so who knows) What's the point of using these 3rd party services when the drivers consistently don't show up or don't bring complete orders?
We order from Cafe of India in Maynard consistently using Grabull delivery. Last night we called the restaurant because we had not received our order an hour and a half after placing it. Upon their review and our checking doors the order was found outside our front door - likely sitting there for roughly 30 minutes. The driver did not text nor ring the doorbell, they just left the order and the food was cold when we discovered it.
The menu descriptions were insufficient and there was no list of appetizers to choose from, though a choice was indicated.
Some areas didn't have my choices and i could not see the breakdown of my bill until after the purchase
There was an error in my order and Nick's immediately sent a new pizza.

At the top there was a banner id receive $15 off if spending $100. So I added more things to my order. But I never received the $15 off. Seems deceiving.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
