Well i'm unsure if this review is about the food or the go between order service, grabull allowed me to customize my order to my liking, and add notes to ensure my order would be correct, The smothered chicken was more like baked chicken, it surely wasn't in any form of sauce nor gravy.
There was no butter with the waffles, who has waffles without butter?
Wth, to top it off we had no butter at home. The syrup was too thin, and no flavor what so ever.
Food was ready when we went to get it. We walked home and ate it.
The ordering online process is simple, clean, and I feel confident that I am in good hands.

That was easy ordering and adding requests.
I hope the people in the shop read them. Many times special requests are ignored and menu items are left out of orders.
So far so good... hope delivery goes ok too.
It would be great to see a description of the menu item when you click on it when ordering.
Ability to select multiple dishes at the same time rather than adding each individual dish to the cart. Longer time to checkout. Went to get my card to enter details and said my session had expired, had been gone literally 30 seconds.
