I ordered Chinese food on Saturday night. Grabull told me the food would be delivered in about 55 minutes. That was not surprising since it was a busy night. After calling the restaurant and Grabull, I was about to cancel my order when it showed up an hour and a half after I ordered it.
I hate having to use gig delivery services. It makes a disconnect to the restaurant I am ordering from. I'd rather deal with the restaurant and it's employees in case a mistake is made.
I'm not from the area and although after punching in the address I wasn't 100% sure if a delivery was possible.
Mix up with delivery but all good when putting in address wrong city came up I fixed it and never double checked to see if it saved correction

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
