It would be nice if cookies were on the menu. Also, an auto query "want fries or onion rings w/that?" would be useful to this consumer & probably boost your revenue. I used to like corn chowder, but it was sour last time. Offer that in winter. Summer Ricky or Shaved Ice.
My Carnitas Burrito had little meat, little lettuce, no fresh avocado, no sour cream and no refritos, but a whole lot of rice. I picked up but may have been charged for "delivery". Mass taxes of 7% shldve not exceeded approx $2.41 leaving an undisclosed"fee" of $4. Never had such an experience@ Anna's, ever. Neil Glazer
I was confused by the two cell phone apps (restaurant owner vs actual customer). In the end I used the website from my computer.
So far so good. I hope they make it to my house location ok. Anyway to give more specific directions. Like on a shared driveway and I am at the top.

I did not get a chance to see fees/taxes involved with the order.
Every time I get delivery through grabull I don't receive any notification that my food is delivered and then I find it cold on the porch. Completely enraging. I would simply choose pick-up but I don't have time to walk to the store today.
Ordered food and it said a delivery estimate of 45 mins. Delivery arrived after 90 minutes. Grabull doesn't provide any updates after placing an order which was very frustrating. Wish they would send updates about the order status and delivery ETA like many of the other ordering services.
That was a quick response on estimated delivery time!
The pop up that asked me to enter my location every time I added an item to my cart was pretty annoying.
I ordered online and scheduled a pickup at 5:45. I received a confirmation email for the pick up time but when I arrived they didn't know anything about it. After a few min of confusion, they said my order just came in and I had to wait 20 min while they put it together.

Easy to process. Rude driver. Usuu it ally $2.00 of $8.00, had to go out in cold to Car to get food. Tge. Shows no tip. Requests tip. Said usually $2.00. U chsrfed$8.00 snd tha it s your tip. Rude abs disrespectful.

Easy to use. I'd suggest that types that aren't filled in by the restaurant (catering or special menus) just be hidden rather than saying nothing is there and to order from the regular menu.
I placed an order it said it would be ready in 45 minutes I waited an hour and 10 minutes proceeded to call was told my order was out for delivery I then called back at the two-hour mark, again said my order was out for delivery finally it came after just about 2 hours and 10 minutes. No explanation.
Delivery was fast and friendly. Food arrived hot and was very good
Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
