Wow this site is terrible to use. Every time you try to look at a menu item it just adds it to the order. Weather you hit add to order or not.
Adding extras to my sandwich was easy and my order was made just as I asked.
We were missing some jalapeƱo poppers from the order and the box was smashed with the sauce spilled everywhere.
Credit card data does not auto-populate when using Apple Safari browser
Web site does not automatically pull up credit cards for autofill with Safari browser, had to enter it manually

Food took an hour and a half to arrive and it was incorrect. I had no communication from grabull about it's delivery time. I also was informed after I ordered from grabull that I can not be refunded or cancel the order. I was completely unaware when I proceeded to order through what thought was the businesses website that it was 3rd party delivery. I will NEVER order through grabull again.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
