Restaurant got order wrong

No reflection on delivery- restaurant had order wrong. Order a wheat wrap and got a white bread wrap. Hardly any steak in it. Bummer. Deliworks used to be great. Food was definitely cold. Driver got lost but it's happened before.

There was nothing to identify the size of the item I was ordering. I don't know if the pizza or sub or fries are a large or small. Please update that info. Also add cash for the tip calculator so the driver knows you are tipping just not with your card

Took so long food was actually cold

Seems that the food was sitting at the restaurant waiting for a driver for so long that by the time it arrived over an hour after ordering it was so cold we had to microwave some items and throw away fried items that were soggy and dried out as well as cold.
The driver was very courteous and polite but I wouldn't use this service again it wasn't worth the wait and loss of food

Ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 25 min. Got to the restaurant 30 min later and they said they didn't see the order come in and had not started it. I wanted another 20 min.

Left out in the cold

Didn't get a notification as to when our food arrived so it sat outside in very cold weather for a while. - had to reheat and all of the appetizers weren't as good because we had to reheat.

Two of the dishes we ordered were missing over 50% of their components.
