UI says it's wants email address to keep you informed of order... then asks for other demographic data - I ignored because I assumed it was to create an account... no, it's to check out as a guest - once I followed next steps it prompted for credit card, which is what I would have expected... poor UI

First time on your menu, little confusing at first
It was hard to select pick up, not a full menu for selection has to write in the added ingredients.
The website was nicely laid out. Easy to use. I put my order in and 20 mins later my food was ready for pick up.

Hard to figure out how to delete and edit from the site
I showed up at 4:48 for a 4:45 pickup. Was told it would be another 15 minutes because they had just started making it. I explained I placed the order an hour before. Pizza maker was not very happy when I said I could not wait as I had some place to be in 15 minutes. I asked someone else if it could be delivered. He was very accommodating and said they would be there in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later they were delivered
