Options that were there previously to customize bagels selection were no longer there. Hoping the store will see the customized request.
The address bar doesn't allow periods for abbreviations like Rd. Or Apt. An option to scan credit card or use Apple Pay would prevent frustrating number mix ups using the keyboard.

I was billed for a delivery that was never made. The website had a glitch which led me to believe that my order was not placed so I placed the order again. 2 orders 1 delivery 2 charges on my credit card. Tried to rectify by calling... I cannot even express how unintelligent the person was that I spoke to. She had no idea what to do and said she would call back... NEVER DID was billed more than 25$ for food I never received.
Placed the order, and Grabull said the food would be ready for pick up in 15 min. So I headed to the restaurant only to wait for over 45 minutes. To top it off, instructions (requested no sauce/mayo) weren't followed and the sushi rolls were slathered in mayo. Do better!
Credit card auto fillin didn't work.
It didn't show the amount of tip after I picked the percentage (or the total).
It was easy to order the food was delivered early driver called to let me know he had arrived asked him to leave by door. It was well packed and fresh no complaints
Did have a glitch trying to remove an item from checkout cart. Used my wife's phone and hers worked fine. We are both on the same phone and iOS
