The deliverer kept me updated throughout the experience - from pick-up to approach to arrival. In addition, he couldn't have been nicer when he dropped off our meal.
I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after placing the order and they had no record of it. After denying it had ever been placed, I showed them the confirmation email. Embarrassed, they scrambled to fill it. Pretty much a total fail.

Gratuity is for restaurant and NOT delivery! I was surprised by this and glad the restaurant called me so I could tip the driver, and was sorry I hadn't known it in advance.

The delivery was faster than expected and the driver delivered excellently! However, the ordering process on Grabull's site made me select customization offers in my order, even where the customizations should have been optional and all cost upcharges. I ended up ordering different food than I had planned to try to avoid some of these extra customizations made mandatory by Grabull's site, and still had to request one customization I didn't explicitly want for what I did order. Furthermore, the tip listed given to the driver was over $1 less than the tip I left through Grabull, inexplicably and unexplained or announced! I wish the ordering experience was better, but I was impressed by my driver's speed, courtesy, and professionalism.
I'm very upset about the15% default auto gratuity - I shouldn't have to tip to pick up an order.

Had only two people working and placed my order online and then by the pickup time they had not even made it yet. Had to end of waiting extra 20 min to get order. Be more realistic on the pickup times if you only have one cook working. Very frustrating when on a tight schedule.
Order was suppose to come for 640, delivered at 7:15 ish 7:20. Tried going to get the food myself the longer it took for the driver to get to the restaurant, had to turn around half way there when I saw they finally picked it up. Shouldn't have tipped the driver extra. Kind of rude, kind of off putting.

I don't know how, but I thought I selected the 15% tip option when completing my order. Apparently I failed to do so. Please research who my driver was and let him know how much I appreciate his kind and gentle manner of pointing out that gratuity was still anticipated in that moment. He is an excellent individual.
Easy and so much cheaper than other delivery services
Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
