According to the menu, I was under the impression I could choose what I wanted and what I didn't want on my pizza and on my salad. No one read my choices, and I ended up with foods I dislike or can't eat. I ended up throwing out the pizza as I found it inedible.

It timed me very fast the first time but after that I was very thankful to just order yummy food!
When I picked 15% tip, it showed up in total. When I confirmed, no tip shows, so I have to go down and leave a cash tip with doorman. Or worse, I'm being charged for the tip, but it's not showing and I'll leave double tip. This is the second time this has happened.

The tip percent did not show up until I clicked on a different percent (it defaulted to 15%, so I had to click on 20% for it to show up).

Not so easy to use. When I clicked cancel for item (in the menu), they weren't removed from the cart; I had to cancel them again from the cart.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
