Not great ability to see total dollars before checking out and almost zero chance to get refunds when order is wrong
Used the grabull app to order the food. Received confirmation that order received and food ready. When arrived at the establishment they said they didn't see the order. Further, they stated that Grabull notification is on a printer that they never look at and that when ordering with Grabull, they also need to receive a phone call. This begs the question, what value does the Grabull app bring to this transaction?
How can I rate you if I haven't even received my order
Went ordering and pickup was flawless, however there was a fee hidden with the taxes but I could not find what it actually was. It would be good to be a bit more transparent with it

I'm not totally sure what grabull is and what makes it different than other services, but my ordering process was smooth. There should be more info about them when you order through them in my opinion

When I tried to add sides, it wouldn't let me add less than 5? I didn't really want 5 orders of fries, so that was pretty annoying.
Grabull is easy to use and more confident than Uber eats and such cause you can get alcohol

No last chance to review order and doesn't show the actual tip before you place the order. Also had to choose no dressing and then write in the dressing because Caesar wasn't in the list for a Caesar salad.
