My order was missing the two juices I ordered for my children and I immediately called the customer service number provided. The man who answered was in place that was very hard to hear him due to significant background noise and distraction. People talking, loud video game/tv and/ or outside noise that made both him and I hard to understand. He said he would call the store and put me on hold. He came back and said he'd have to call back to the store to talk to a manager for the refund. I informed him that I just actually wanted the drinks i ordered and not a refund. He said he'd call me back in a few mins. I did not get a phone call back for almost 2 hrs to inform me I was being refunded.
Order was ready, delicious food, and promptly on time.

Last time a person delivering food called me and DEMANDED a tip. She/he conditioned delivering food on receiving a tip. While I refused, she/he advised me to change the delivery company.

Some ui bugs on checkout. Exp date shows as 4 digits smashed together, not separated by a slash. Didn't recognize fields were filled out and blocked checkout until I cleared them and reentered the data.

Checkboxes rather than radio buttons for spiciness level are wrong. Scroll behavior on menu is distracting. Payment form is hard to use (eg no spaces between each group of four CC numbers).

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
