The website changed my delivery address (Lowell MA) to my billing address (Stafford CT). The driver was AMAZING and made the 40 min trip to my destination and was so kind and understanding. He got an extra tip for sure!

Even after waiting as long as the confirmation email said to, our order was not ready, and even on reminding the staff they had to go find the order and it still took another 15-20 minutes (for 2 burritos).

The elements on the order forms don't have the correct attributes to allow the browser (macOS Safari in my case) to autofill things like credit card numbers. Weirdly, the one exception of this was CCV input field. Unfortunately, even though it prompted me for my CCV correctly, choosing to autofill didn't work, as the input field remained blank.

Also, the modals for customizing particular menu items when ordering don't handle narrower window widths very well. Some options weren't hidden until I widened the window.

Near miss

The driver gave us the wrong order - after it was brought up to our office suite I noticed the order seemed small (it was meant for 4 people and only had enough for 1 when I looked at the receipt taped on the outside of the bag) so I called him right away. He came back with the right order.

Mike's sucks.

I suppose Grabull was fine. Mike's sucks. Wasn't the sandwich described on their menu. Everything I asked for on the sandwich was ignored. And when I specifically asked for no pickles, I got pickles. This cost me $15!

They had no idea of the order...

The only reason I ordered online was to avoid the wait, they had no idea an order was made. I am glad I printed the receipt. Still had to wait. Will never order with your service again.
