I ordered food for a small group event a day before. When the food still had not arrived 30 mins past the delivery time, we called. The food eventually showed up very late. We were refunded the tip and the service fee, which does not feel sufficient given how late the order was (and how much time we had to spend tracking things down).
No option to pay at arrival? Asking for a tip before I find out the service level? Borderline scam

You need tracking and more notifications. I got a confirmation of my order and no other updates until my food was at my door. This feels like 1996 pizza delivery.
When the order went through Grabull, it cut off the instructions (to include tomato, lettuce etc.) so I just got chicken on bread. Zero fault on the restaurant because I go here a lot and they have never messed up an order.

The food was originally expected to take 45-50 minutes minutes but then didn't arrive for over an hour and a half - when I called the restaurant after 50 minutes to check in, they were friendly but told me the food was running only 15 minutes behind and was already out for delivery when it was actually another 45+ minute wait (and we only live ~5-10 mins driving from the restaurant). I ended up not getting it in time to eat during our lunch break and then had meetings by that time so ended up having to eat the sandwich and fries cold, so although the food was still yummy, it was a bit of a bummer
The delivery was on time and we had no problem with the order. We will use it again.

There was no Alfredo sauce in the pasta which I ordered, and my requests were never followed.
I wanted sauce on the side form chicken tenders and also wanted to buy 1 more sauce and never got it. Same as the sauce on side, they pour it all over.
