It's an 8 minute drive to the restaurant. It's now been 2 hours and I haven't received my order.
I offered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I put in the notes that one Was on a roll with salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce. The other was bacon egg cheese, egg over easy on a egg bagel, no SPK was specified. We received two BEC sandwiches with SPK and hot sauce on egg bagels. So obviously you Ted the directions all the way through but ignored that the sandwiches were different. This making both our sandwiches unenjoyable. Pretty crappy way to split up a 16 hour work day.

The taxes and fees should be split - to further indicate what is a tax and what is the fee & more importantly, who the fee is going to.

Food was left on the garden wall, not by the front door. It was visible to anyone, and could have been easily stolen.
I tried to place the order in the app but when entering credit card information I was unable to see and select the expiration date. The page that opened was blank. As I pointed at random places and went back to the main screen a random combination of month and year would appear.
