The ordering process was actually quite good, so kudos! The credit card entry process was bad because you state the format of the expiration date is "MM/YY" but your form will not accept the "/". You should fix that. Plus, my bank declined GRABULL transaction, so you're coming up as a fraud business.
It never remembers the password. I have to use " Forgot Password" and send Code every time I use this application. Thanks.
