Our order was not complete upon pick up. Then food was given and an employee ran out with another portion as leaving. Get back to the office items missing. Additional trip back to the vendor to get remaining item. Food was poor quality and organizationally a big mess. Will not use again.
Arrived very late which I did not like because getting food on time is important
We waited 45 minutes, then the company called me to say the restaurant had only just received our order and did we still want the food? Then we waited another 45 minutes

My favorite Indian cuisine restaurant uses Grabull and this was my first time experiencing this site. Menu looks clean and easy to navigate on the site and I ordered within minutes. Description of the dishes are also provided on the website. Can't be upset about the experience I had, 10/10 would recommend!
It was very confusing what was already included as part of the burrito and what was an "extra."
Cashier at restaurant said he received phone call with an unclear order. My food was not ready when I arrived, luckily the restaurant was willing to cook it up for me. I had to show them my confirmation email, they never knew the order. Failure, I will be avoiding this service from now on.

I ordered food, I picked it up, Grabull gave a discount other websites did not, they estimated 37 minutes till the food was ready, it wasn't ready for around 50 minutes though
Very low quality website, no auto card input capability
I'll let you know when I see how long it takes for the food to be ready!
