This new site sucks. You can't pick all the condiments and cheese. No chips. Everytime i log in i have to input my card number.

It's pretty arrogant that you would assume a 2-star rating must be a mistake. My original rating was going to be 2 stars for the bad user interface, but I lowered it to 1 star because of that suggestion.
Here's some feedback for the UI:
When changing the size of pizza, a pop up tells me I can only select one option. Instead, the interface should just change my selection. Second, when entering my credit card expiration date, the format shows "MM/YY" but actually requires "MMYY" - without the slash, otherwise it throws an error for the slash. Beyond that, the interface is just ugly, at least on mobile. I'm on an iPhone using chrome if that helps.
User is friendly site. The ordering is easy. Overall great experience.
I saw a duck, on your website, and i petted the duck, then i ordered food, and with each item added, it quacked, so loudly i dropped a bunch of bread, which it ate, and it was so god damned cute, how'd you get those ducks on your website?

Things listed as part of the meal description were also listed on the "add" for extra charge screen. Do I have to add lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream (for an extra charge) or does it come with it (for the base proce of the meal? It was unclear.

Couldn't order one item as it would not allow me to put it in the cart, like I hadn't made the meat selection when I did.
Doesn't display price in payment menu, so there's no explanation why there's a $12 difference between item total and order total. And then this survey thats not formatted for mobile just popped up.
Price was changed after ordering, they took $15 off, which was nice. Tipping % is off, says the 20% tip was $10 on a $70-something bill (before fees and delivery charge) when it should have been over $15.
Delivery was really fast and food was so hot it hurt to hold (and delicious).
I placed the order, got a confirmation, waited 20 min then drove 5 min to go pick up. The restaurant did not have the order in their system, I told them what i wanted and they sent it to the kitchen. I waited 15 min for the order to be ready, just before they brought it out my order showed up on their system.
The only reason i tried the online order was to not have to waste time waiting, it was a busy day at work.

Did not enjoy placing my recent order using Grabull. One of the main reasons we like to order from AKs is the ability to customize sandwiches and subs. The Grabull platform was cumbersome and did not easily allow for customization.
So far so good. Hopefully the food and the delivery will work just as smoothly.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
