The food was amazing and arrived in a relatively timely manner. The delivery driver did not call me or ring the doorbell when the food was delivered so after a while I checked the front door and the food was there! Not sure how long it was there but by the time I got to it, it was cold. It would be good if there was some sort of way to notify the customer when their food is dropped off. Ordering online process was fine up to that point.
This is probably about the 3rd experience we've had with food ordering issues because Grabull didn't appropriately send orders over to the restaurant. We've eaten from this restaurant for years, but only ever have issues since they've started using Grabull if we online order and don't just call.
Would love to have a PayPal or Apple Pay option. Thanks!
Wish there was more pictures on Grabull or Fat Duck's website, but ordering was fine. Easy to use website.

Menu checklist for Indian restaurant says "check only one box" when you need to check two eg ordering a curry and checking the boy for both "lamb" and "hot". I suspect this is just lazy web design.
App forgets my credit card info after typing it in and navigating back to the food menu
The restaurant menu stated a 20% off discount for delivery and pick up and i only received a 10% discount upon checkout please refund my credit card asap the difference. ~ Thank You
