It was pouring rain & i was in the shop behind my house. My bf was laying on the couch waiting for the order to show up. I get a phone call from the driver asking which building i was in? If i was in the very back house? What? I left delivery notes saying i am the house w the big concrete wall around it. The only house with that on the entire mile long road. He was next door. I had to run thru my house, side yard & gate were flooded, and it front all the way to the road before i realized where he was. Getting soaking wet, it's pouring rain! I ran the few hundred feet to neighbor driveway to wave to him, he couldn't see me. I had to get my phone out and call him back to tell him where i was. My phone is not water resistant, I'm soaking wet, food was getting cold & just as I'm going inside a transformer blew killing the power to the neighborhood. Something as simple as reading a note left for the delivery driver would have left me dry & w hot food albeit still in the dark. The little things sometimes have such huge impact on others that we never notice

Very poor website filled with bugs and not easily followed.

Got my stuff on time and no extra interaction. A simple drop off.

My food was delivered on time even though no deliveries were being made! I am a night nurse, so was sleeping when calls made to tell me that.
So delivery made just for me! Wow! So great!

Worst website experience EVER. Circa 1995 $#*!. The only reason why I use this is when my friends force me to. Belongs in a museum.

Driver felt it was ok to demand I hurry down down but called back 30 seconds later to complain I was taking too long. I exited to see him leaving my delivery three houses down. When I yelled down the street he told me "you $#*!" because he read the address wrong. Charming last message to me was, "$#*! you fatass". I appreciated that.

Order didn't arrive in stated time, contacted restaurant who stated frequent problems with Grabull. After 75 minutes discover delivery attempt was made to wrong address, was sitting on building lobby. Food cold, discarded.

Easy ordering process, but missed an order. Restaurant to apply credit to my account.

I had a normal pizza ordering experience. It would be better with pictures of the food

The restaurant didn't see my order which means my order took forever to get to me. And there aren't any updates given. About the order process and I don't like that.

The format for the card expiration date is not consistent

It was ok but the menu doesn't allow much for additional items like duck sauce and chopsticks

I would order more if I understood what all the service fee's were and how much if any of that goes towards the driver. It feels like a big game that makes me mistrust the whole system.
