Doesn't let you see what is in your cart before paying
Your software adds items to the cart BEFORE you click "add to cart". I have mistakenly ordered an extra pizza twice. Also there is no confirmation screen that shows the order in full before you commit to "place order." If there was such a screen I would have noticed the high total just before finalizing the order and gone back and corrected it. Also, just the fact that there's no grand total amount shown to you after you've added a tip is pretty annoying. I realized recently there is essentially a hidden fee charged by the restaurant that is not revealed to you at any point as a line item in the process of ordering. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
It's a nice website but needs some work like pictures of what you're ordering and the oxtail option and such.

I waited 45 minutes for my order, I had to call and they told me they never got it and I argued with them and then they blamed it on there I pad and said they never seen it and she was like "oh wait, there it is" and she said I am sorry I am going to make it now and send it over, it was over an hour late

Bad UI, click item to order and then it has a pop up which also has a button to add to cart, just makes no sense. The CC entry field for date is just weird due to not being able to add a slash. The whole CC area just appears a little suspicious and does not provide any sense of secure usage
