I ordered a cheesecake and it arrived frozen. If I wanted a tasteless frozen cheesecake I could have gotten one from my local supermarket at less than half the price. I tried contacting customer service but there was no answer.

I ordered a birthday basket on Monday 2nd day air for delivery on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and tracking says it'll be delivered tomorrow. Birthday surprised ruined... sure I cancelled and will get my refund, however YOU DON'T GET YOUR EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGE BACK. Mine was $30 down the drain. Will never shop with them again.

I ordered a few items for a friend and I didn't think they would be delivered next day. Not only were they delivered on time, packaged well and safely but I was told that everything was delicious. Their cookies and products were all very fresh. Couldn't be happier! Didn't even have to bother with customer service because the transaction was super easy.

I purchased a Bottle of Dom Perignon to be delivered to a wedding. I expected it to be delivered the day after I ordered it, the day before the wedding. It was actually delivered the same day I ordered it. I am VERY impressed. Great communication and products. AAA +++

Terrible Customer Service and just like another reviewer said, they tried to push the fault onto me. When you are purchasing $200+ basket and Customer Service is not willing to work with you in any way, is not someone I would want to work with again or ever recommend. Said I could figure it out myself with UPS and they will charge me $15 dollars... bonkers.

I bought the Classic Cheese and Sausage basket for my mother, and it arrived on the requested date, which made for a nice surprise. (I sent three days before her birthday!) My mother loved the cheeses, especially the garlic cheese. And the summer sausages were also very nice. I guess I'll have to be getting more of these for her in the future! Lol...

We were charged for this order but never received it. When I called customer service the lady who helped me was rude and basically tried to make it all our fault. Gosh forbid the company take any blame. Will never use again.

I bought the International Craft Beer Gift Basket for my adult son. It came in a very nice package, and he loved it. I would definitely buy something from these people again.

I have used GGB for business and am extremely happy with the products. We visited our daughter's in-laws and brought a wine, appetizer and dessert basket. The wine was some of the best I've ever had and the food was delish. Big hit!

Best cake for her 21st birthday! We sent this to my granddaughter out of state. Her exact words were "two people ate three fourths of this cake Nana!" So what better review can I give? In addition it was very pretty.
