Booking is so difficult because they try to upsell CONSTANTLY. I've never had a worse booking experience. Please make this more streamlined and offer these 1000 add-ons after one makes the purchase.
The price of the tickets are fair. The website was also very easy to navigate.
I honestly have never heard of GoToGate but was directed towards this platform by google and it was the best price I could find by far(and I look around a lot). The booking website was easy to navigate and very straight forward. We are traveling internationally so the seats were pricey at $57-$67 each leg. We are traveling economy so seats weren't included.

The ticket price "increased" in cost once I was already in the process of paying. I went back to the website and refreshed the page, and got the lower, original cost again, yet when I went to book again, the cost increased at checkout again. Seems like a scheme...
Did not like all the little add ons as it was booking. Bait and switch without notice that this happens. But paying was easy... of course and hope to use your services again that I am aware of how this wrks...
Worst experience booking. It felt like death by a thousand cuts. Initial ticket listed as $34, but turned into $120 (would have been much more if I didn't check "no" a dozen times. I need to pay to get a text about a late flight? I need to pay $25 to be treated like a human being? When I tried to book 2 people together it only let me get tickets for $600. If I book separately, $120 each. Does this make sense? Spent 2 hours trying to book a little side trip to Mallorca. $1000 for 48 hr weekend. I hope it's worth it.

I have spent hours on this website trying to figure out why it was saying I was allowed a carry-on bag. However, once I clicked on the booking, that disappeared. The difficulty of the website and your customer service was unbearable.
A lot of extra charges over and above the plane fare -- too much!
As a senior citizen l would appreciate clearer instructions and at least a minor discount. Also don't appreciate that you nickle and dime me for everything.
