I JUST TRIED TO ADD THE SECOND LAST NAME BECAUSE I GOT WRONG MY INTERPRETATION OF THE ENGLISH ON THE WEBSITE AND PUT ONE LAST NAME IN EVERY PASSAPORT, CHAT AGENT COULDN'T HELP ME
I booked my ticked on your site. In less than 3 hours I cancelled the flight dude to unforseen circumstances.
A refund was issued. My bank refund me the monies.
Less than 24 hours later you have charged me again for a transaction that I did not do or commit to.
I am disappointed and distressed because your action have placed my account in the negative.
So far I have been surprised by the amount of charges that I can choose to use or not. After my added services the total cost increased by 45% just to book with an assigned seat and a 23 kg bag checked.

Sorry. Maybe it's legitimate. I just refuse to believe in the 20 minutes it took me to book tickets there was such an influx of demand for your services that the price had to go up 60$. I clicked your link on google flights because it was the cheapest, got to the very final screen, clicked pay and oh no! Need to pay more. After clicking pay! Why do you do this? I ended up paying because i know every other site will do the same but why does it have to be like this? I get it man like it's tough out there but have some pride. There is no justification for it. It is just a rip off! I'm not even mad at the ticket price i'm just mad at the principles of it. Could you imagine if i went to a grocery story, put my card in the reader, and then the cashier is like oh lol gonna add 60$ cus the store is busy. It's laughable! Show a price and let me pay that like any honest business would.
