I ordered a sweatshirt with my two dogs on the back. When I received the sweatshirt, the background was black and my dogs are black so the picture looked as if there were no dogs. The sweatshirt also had stitching that was coming undone. I contacted customer service. They were so nice and helpful. The design was redone and I had a new sweatshirt in less than a week. Nice company to deal with and very nice product.

I ordered two items to commemorate the loss of two pets, when the items arrived there was some misspelled words. I contacted the company via live chat at which time the person on the chat with me assured me the company would replace the items at no charge to me. A few hours later i got another message from the same person stating that the company would not replace them free of charge but that i would have to pay a discounted rate for my items that they messed up on.
Therefore, having me pay for my items twice even though the mistake was thiers

Loved the silkscreen print, but after washing before wearing and hanging dry; I wore the shirt and immediately noticed a big hole in the shoulder seam. Not thrilled about the rough fabric either.

I purchased a T Shirt for both of my boys. A few days later I received an email apologizing for the delay but telling me I would have proof in 48 hours. 5 days later no proof. I contacted them again and received an other apology but no assurance of any delivery. I asked for an eta and was told they would deliver as fast as they could and they offered half my shipping cost back. This doesn't help as my purchase was for utilization during a vacation. As it stands we are weeks into the process and still don't even have a proof let alone a product.

I saw this website through Facebook and decided to order something from here. I bought mug cups and father tshirt. I received the mug cup pretty fast about a week in a half and the t-shirt came in late due to printing issues. They were pretty good reaching out to me regards to the shirt not shipping on time for Father's Day. I would definitely order again.

A friend of mine showed me her coffee mug which was given to her by her sister. It was beautiful I loved it. I ordered a mug for my sister and myself in memory of my mother. This company has great gifts for a great price. Most shops that make personalized gift charge so much and the quality is terrible. Gossby gives you great products every time with very secure packaging. There also complete your order so quickly. The estimated time I was given when I purchased was about two weeks but I received my gift in 8 days. I will continue to order from them.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
