I like the design idea so I bought myself and wife one, but the sewing isn't properly done one side pocket is very large and the other your hand barely even fits.the whole for the neck on a 3x is very small and my neck isn't overly large

Ordered 2 items on 10/20/22. On 10/26/22 shipping and tracking label created. As of 11/10/22 items still not arrived from Kentucky to Maryland. After calling the company 3 times during the process the exchange was that the items had definitely been shipped and in transit please wait another 3 days. However the tracking only shows label created and items not in transit. To be lied to 3 times is not acceptable. If the company needed more time to make the items I would completely understand. However to lie to the customer is not. The company and I both know the items have not been made or shipped. Told I would need to wait 2 weeks for refund. However they charged my account within an hour of placing order.

The store custom designed a copycat for my sister. It was amazing because it look like the back of her and myself with our names below us. It was very special and they did an amazing job. Also the cops keep your coffee hot for hours which is really great! And I must say after my second purchase their customer service is phenomenal! There was a shipping issue with UPS not the store and they followed up on it and made sure it was delivered to my sister on time. I was so impressed and they followed up with me after she received your gift. Rarely do you say such great customer service with any store today. I highly recommend this company and to explore their amazing products. I give them five stars across-the-board.
