Oh my gosh, these Sfogliatellas are amazing. Without a doubt, all I can say is these are probably the best I have ever had in my 86 years. After baking them for 30 to 40 minutes, they come out with a beautiful slightly crispy crust and filled with delectable filling. I wish I could take them with me when I pass from this earth.
