I used to use this company a lot. In fact, I sent all my holiday gifts through them. I don't know if they are getting too big or what the problem is but I ordered a gift for Easter to be delivered 4/8/2020. Not only was it NOT delivered but hasn't been picked up from the vendor. No one returns my calls or emails and I have sent many. If there is a problem at the very least communicate. Then I can make alternate arrangements. Now I'm embarrassed because Goldbelly FELL SHORT. Just Communicate. Unfortunately, happening more frequently.
FOLLOW UP REVIEW: I've ordered two more times since this horrible aberration. THEY WERE PERFECT. So I have to think they dropped the ball this one time only. Every company/person is entitled to second chance and they did it beautifully. No problems on the 2 orders placed after this one.
