The packaging on my cake was well done. There was dry ice in the box to keep my cake fresh, the cake itself was wrapped in plastic and then placed inside a bakery box with tissue paper. This made the box a delight to open. The coconut cake I ordered had amazing flavor and wasn't too sweet. I'm already thinking about the next cake I will buy from them.
