The shipment was very well packed. Despite very clear instructions on the boxes, the FedEx delivery person delivered box upside down. Fortunately Carousel Cakes packed the cake so well that it wasn't damaged. The blue velvet cake was a hit!

Food was packed really well and arrived on time and in good condition.

I ordered the shake shack burgers. Basically just paid $60 for a package of regular ground beef and some buns. Instructions didn't make sense, packages all required scissors to open, it didn't include tomato or lettuce so I had to send out a second order for additional supplies, and it honestly didn't taste any different from a regular hamburger.

Skip this nonsense and just go buy some regular burger meat for $10...
