Tracking overall is pretty good despite current pandemic. Packages being late is the new normal but knowing where a package is allows for better transparency and planning. No broken packages is also amazingly awesome. The boxes seem to be packed properly. This also solves the whole issue of refunds since no broken products equals no need for a refund to begin with. A lot of packages have the written instructions included. This helps the electronically challenged like my sister for example. Overall, for a high end food service, I'm very happy and appreciative for the opportunity, and my sister loves it too.
Have had one delivery so far to my mother for a mothers day gift. She was thrilled! Loved the variety of the gift pack and the quality of the products. She lives in a fairly remote part of our state and there were no issues with delivery. Thank you!

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
