Working with Goldbelly, ordering online, email communication, etc all worked really well. Also, the experience with Hancock Gourmet Lobster Co. Was fantastic! The food was delicious, well presented, etc.
The order was supposed to be delivered within one day but the package got delayed in transit and arrived late, with the contents spoiled. However, Goldbelly gave me a credit and I was able to reorder. The second time, the shipment made it to recipient while the contents were still fresh. I appreciate Goldbelly providing the credit
