The cake looked exactly like the photos! It was a big hit at my pride party.
Everything arrived in perfect shape, right on my doorstep.
Order was shipped quickly. But we only received 2/3 of the order, i. E. 16 bagels when it should have been 24. I've been billed for all 24 and the issue was still not rectified.
The process was seamless... and arrived when Goldbelly said it would arrive. Was glad to have the instructions for heating inside the box.

Thank you for making my daughter's birthday special. She was so excited about the cake and squeeled with more excitement when we cut it and she saw the rainbow layers. Epic

1. After the order was placed, Goldbelly (via email support when I contacted you) applied a promo code that should have been accepted when the order was placed.
2. Food arrived on the day expected
Excellent performance. Order delivered on time with no issues.
Quick shipping and everything was packaged nicely.
Cheesecake was fine. Crab cakes small and packaged amateurishly. Pizza still not delivered

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
