It was my birthday. All I wanted was a strawberry rhubarb pie - my favorite. The only place I have ever been able to find it in Wimberley, TX - well that place closed due to Covid. I saw The Little Pie Company - on-line and paid a fortune to have it Fed Exp for my birthday. We just ate the last of it last night with ice cream. I turned 62 and it was by far the best birthday EVER! The quality was amazing. It was the best strawberry rhubarb pie I ever ate. Thank you LOADS!

Food was packaged perfectly! Everything was cold and perfect when it arrived. I loved all of the little touches, like serving trays, buttons, wet wipes, lemons etc... We served it for a 40th birthday picnic and everyone was immensely impressed!

I ordered a cake from Carlo's bakery through goldbelly. I chose the shipping method that said it would arrive Friday. The party was Saturday. Received email Friday saying it would be there that day. Didn't show. Received another email Saturday saying it would be delivered that day. Didn't show. The cake finally arrived Monday. It was a complete mess in the box. Not a spec of ice left and the cake didn't even resemble a cake. Completely inedible. I have reached out to Goldbelly several different ways with no response. This needs to be made right with a full refund! $100 wasted

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
