All my order was on time and enjoyed except one order. It was Meat Mitch. They for some reason sent me Burnt Ends and I ordered Brisket. The shipping order says beef brisket on it but I received burnt ends. Are they the same things? The book that was sent with it the meat looks different. I did not pay $100.00 for this. I just want what I ordered for my Fathers Day Dinner. Order# is: *******

Unfortunately the gift order I placed to send to my brother from H&H bagels in NY arrived damaged and spoiled after being left in 100 degree weather in AZ. Driver never rang bell, we have the Ring video to prove it. Tried to call but no human. Looking to have it resent to a different address where there is refrigeration and it's secure or my money back. I hope to hear back.
