We had a delivery of some cupcakes that arrived warm and all the icing was melted. The ice packs where warm also, not sure how long they had been sitting in the delivery truck. I have notified Goldbelly on Friday and now it is Wednesday and still no response. Their website states a 2 to 4 day response, with customer service hours on Saturday and Sunday, which I think it quite a while to respond to an issue. I would like to see some effort from them to correct the issue.
