Everything went well! It was a spur of the moment decision to order the patriotic cake. I ordered the cake on Monday night and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. It was beautiful and delicious. It is supposed to serve 6-8, but since the cake is rich it serves more because the slices don't have to be very large. We all enjoyed this cake!
Pies arrived fresh, cold and in perfect condition.

More importantly, this delivery gave us a chance to try some hot dogs from an iconic hot dog stand that we would probably have never tasted if it weren't for goldbelly. The hot dogs are unlike the generic hot dogs and the video showed us how to prepare them just like they do at Walter's Hot Dogs. My wife wants us to order them again - which is a real complement since she usually doesn't care for hot dogs. In all, it was a great dining experience.
