The BBQ arrived on time and well packaged. The brisket was vacuum sealed and a entire half. The slab of ribs were cut in half and vacuum sealed as well. I haven't tried the chili or baked beans that come packaged nicely in a container that you can easily freeze. Overall I would order from them again. I was very pleased!
