With this order nothing went well. I ordered the rainbow chocolate chip cake and the canoli kit. I ordered it to be delivered on 7/3 so we would have it for July 4th. I paid extra for this. It never arrived on the 3rd, or the 4th, or the 5th. It actually arrived at 6PM on 7/6. There was no ice in the bag, only an empty plastic bag which could have had the dry ice in it and it had melted. The chocolate cake went bad. It had sunken down, was soggy, and we had to throw it away. The Canoli cream of course went bad since it was very hot with no ice. We have had issues with other orders as well in the past, but this was the only one that was completely inedible. I also emailed Goldbelly about this Monday and still haven't not received a response or a credit for my order. We are so disappointed in the response time and the condition of the food.
Delivery on time. Packaged very well and labeled, personalized with my name, and the meat was Awesome.

The Mac and cheese arrived in good shape. One of the two labriola pizzas was great bc it stayed frozen and the crust was not mush.
Ya'll did great. It was shipping that went bad. It was supposed to get here on Friday the 3rd but didn't happen. According to their site it was loaded on the truck for delivery from the 3 rd to the 5th

Delivery on time and everyone enjoyed the Piecaken.No one knew about a PieCaken and it was a hit at 4th of July party.
I sent a lobster dinner to friends. They reported it came well packaged. They said it was excellent and enjoyed it.

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
