My order came with most of the dry ice melted. The pizza crust was crumbly and tasted a bit rancid. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me two more. How could anyone ask for more? This was my first order. It won't be my last.
First order of bagels delayed finally received them hard as a rock box looked like some one played soccer with it threw in trash. Shipping delays are not my problem they are Goldbelly's, as I see it Goldbelly is the middleman for the various foods and choose who ships for them. My point Walmart, Amazon, Williams Sonoma all ship food etc same day and overnight never a problem. My second order of bagels is delayed again ( Goldbelly will get there money back from UPS)when will I get what I ordered on time and Edible? Its literally one -two days before customer service answers you... Facebook and instagram.
paid for overnight , bagels show up two days later . Customer service says not responsible for shipping delays ... are you kidding me then who is, it was $90.00 dollars for bagels ... Its a crap shoot for very expensive shipping ,OVERNIGHT , to me means overnight.

The food arrived ready to be prepared. Was a lot of fun making the sandwich and enjoying the incredible flavor and reliving my days in Pittsburgh! Plenty of ingredients, although we wanted more slaw! Love that they threw in some hot sauce packets
