It was a nice surprise dessert for Christmas guests. Just right after a big holiday meal. Everyone loved them. Arrived on time, well packaged, and still cold.
The rainbow cookies and honey balls were very good.
The issue was with the arrival. I ordered it for a certain day and it arrived more the 24 hrs later. The food was compromised and thawed. Everyone knows UPS is busy at Christmas but frozen food needs to arrive frozen. I ordered Crab from another company and Fedex had it there the next day.
Professional, accurate and prompt. I've ordered several times from Goldbelly with few errors, but even those were quick to be corrected to complete satisfaction. Thanks for doing a great job!

Ease of order and the ability to pick delivery date
I ordered lox and bagels for my husband, along with salmon salad & cream cheese. It arrived as promised. Turns out he isn't a fan of lox, but he loves the bagels and the salmon salad.
It was a gift. They said it was melt in your mouth. They were going to share with others and got greedy and decided not to.

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
