Extremely disappointing experience with Goldbelly. After I called customer service after 3 days passed due date & still not delivered & was not offered any compensation/refund for totally blowing the delivery date which was an 80th birthday for a family member.

This item was a gift. The couple watched the delivery on camera. Unfortunately, delivery person dropped the box from waist high and it bounced a few times. Although packaged well did not survive the volley ball toss.
