Horrible service and products. Defective lock. Slow refund of money. Tried to inquire if all locks of the same model were defective. Sales could not tell us. Told us to contact their return department. Left two messages with return department with no response. Tech person was rude and short when trying to determine if lock was defective. Would not use again.

I purchased a double sided lock model codelock 5000 electronic from go keyless and a matching aluminum box for gate both recommended by Curtis for 500.00. I have the box welded on gate and schedule locksmith to install. I take off work to meet locksmith at house only to find they sent mismatch box and lock. Box is 2 3/4 and lock is 2 3/8. I call go keyless furious because now I will have to pay to have locksmith apptmt again. Gokeyless agrees to overnight the correct 2 3/4 cylinder. I reschedule locksmith for three days later. 2 3/4 cylinder arrives, Locksmith arrives, and after taking everything apart to install, lo and behold, it is not the correct model for my lockset.It is not made by same manufacturer, is wrong size plate where tongue goes and spindle is much too small. The spindle is completely a different size by a long shot. I call go keyless furious again. They offer to overnight to me the correct cylinder 2nd time but now I have to reschedule locksmith and take off work a 3rd time to meet at house. I demand a 250.00 discount on my 500.00 bill because of the extra costs to me for locksmith visits. They begrudgingly agree to a 100.00 credit to my bill. Tom at extension 125 is the person I dealt with. He was the third person I had to speak to. First Curtis, then Craig, then finally Tom. They are nice people but buyer beware.

I had been searching the internet for a couple of weeks about wifi door locks. Still had a bunch of questions. I called GoKeyless and talked with Craig. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and in a manner that was easy to understand. When I ordered, it was very quick and easy. Got my locks in less than a week.

I can not thank AJ for his assistance purchasing electronic keyless door locks. I was overwhelmed and clueless as to which would work the best for our home. He was so patient, waited for me to take photos of the existing locks, email them and then guide me to the correct product for me. He even stayed online and made sure the order was placed correctly. Have not had customer service like that in a very long time.

I had a need for a key less entry lock handle for an outside entry door that would be durable and support 10 Plus users. The first lock I choose was a $500 plus dollar lock that would have required a $499 dollar software package to support. Craig Grisez steeped in and asked what my needs were. He immediately responded with the perfect option the was $200 plus dollars less expensive and explained that it was all I would need. That's customer service at it's finest!

I have dealt with Craig Grisez every time that I order keyless entries. Craig and the GoKeyless staff are outstanding to work with. That make everything very simple and are SUPER fast in sending a confirmation email, emailing receipts and they ship it out usually within 24 hours. They are awesome!

Everything was going well, I was even given a 5% discount code, When I tried to apply the discount code it didn't work. I spoke with the online operator, they said to process payment anyway and that they would catch the error and fix it... it didn't get fixed.

We are currently in the process of putting a new facility in ND and there are no real options in that area to get the type of locks we were needing. I contacted Craig at Gokeyless.com and explained my situation and almost instantly he knew exactly what I needed. He also lightened my load with the option of programming my locks for me so that I dont have to mess with that once they arrive..."plug & play" is a good thing.

I am somewhat on a tight time schedule to get these in place and Craig assured me I would have them by the end of the week, which is GREAT.

At this time I would highly recommend Gokeyless to others. I will do a follow up review once all is in place.

Good pricing, easily maneuverable web site and great follow through. I had questions that were quickly answered through the chat option and they even followed up with a phone call just to make sure I was getting the correct keypad to match my touch bar.

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere.

We were hesitant to order a keyless lock/badge reader online; however GoKeyless seemed to value great customer service. The order process was easy. The rep walked us through each step to ensure we had all of the part we needed including matching colors. In the programming phase, we discovered a part was defective. GoKeyless sent a replacement with no extra fees. Very happy with all phases of the process!

The website has a robust selection of superior products. The sales personnel (I personally worked with Craig) really know how to recommend the right solution and parts required... There was a shipping issues with one component which the company re-shipped OVERNIGHT so I'd get it the next day... If any part must be returned, follow the procedure closely and you'll have no issues... I can recommend goKeyless.

I've had 3 experiences with gokeyless all of them negative. I ordered a $300+ lock which I never received. I was instructed by a member of their sales staff to purchase another expensive lock after giving them all stats for the application. The lock they sold to me was not designed for use with residential driveway gates but gokeyless refused to provide a return shipping label. Most recently I purchased 3 locks which my contractor (who's been building houses for 20 years) can't figure out how to install. We called gokeyless who told us yeah the instructions are wrong and we know that but you have to call the manufacturer to get help. Problem is the manufacturer never answer the phone or returns messages left. Three strikes and you're out gokeyless.

The lock definitely makes unlocking the door easier. I had to get used to using the deadbolt and not the handle for locking the door when I left.

The remote is great. The range is poor. I installed a new battery and that helped. It works much better when in line of site and you can seethe lock. I park less than 30ft from the door but it is not a straight line from drivers seat to the door. I hung the remote in the car and press the unlock button as I pull in the driveway. It works so well I have been double checking to be sure I locked the door when I left.

I bought the lock with remote because my daughter can not walk so I carry her in. She is seven and thinks it is funny to squirm and wiggle when I try to unlock the door. Trying to hold the screen door open so it didn't hit her and unlock the door with a key was a challenge. Even if I forget to hit the remote keying in the code is much easier than using a key.

Grandma comes over at least once a week so I programmed a code for her. I was hesitant to give her the code because it is like giving her a key. I was with my daughter on a trip to the ER and grandma called to offer to grab items and bring them to the hospital. As she said I will stop and pick up the key I said grab a pen and paper. Gave her the code and ta da life got a little easier while in the ER.

I don't use the back door often; however, I am trying to justify in my head getting an electronic lock for that door also. And, many thanks to the gentleman who helped me via chat. He knew his stuff and made deciding if this was the lock for me a much easier choice.

After the lock was installed I told the guys at work. They thought I was a little extreme getting a lock with remote, but several of them asked where I got it and if all came with remote. I gave them the website and one even asked for a printout of the lock I got.

I highly recommend Craig if you have to talk to someone. Especially if you have a question, he's got patience, cause I had a lot of questions. It's tough to make a decision to try a $100 lock that may or may not work for you and getting it online.
