I had the pleasure of working with Tyler who understood that I truly was not computer savvy or technically inclined as a lot of people are. He talked me through where to plug in the different wires to my router and to the Vera Edge box etc. He was patient and understanding and explained every move that I needed to make. He was able to login and guide me along through the steps of activating my door lock with the Vera Edge Home Controller. I was truly fretting the entire process but Tyler removed my doubts and handled everything efficiently and effortlessly and before I knew it, my door lock was being controlled from my computer. I cannot thank him enough for his support and his expertise! My life was made easy with GoKeyless Support! Thanks again Tyler!
This company was great in helping us set up our 24 hour access lock at our new Gym. Thylaar was the tech who helped me. He rocks!
I am a customer at Gokeyless for the past year and have had a successful transition with the alarm lock system. I had to update and reprogram my lock recently and it was a bit tedious for me to do it by myself. I called Thylaar and he was on the phone with me from beginning to the end and helped me resolve and reprogram the lock as well as download the new version. He was courteous and helpful and above all very patient with me :) I appreciate the great tech support given to me and would recommend Gokeyless for your alarm lock needs
I was put in charge of upgrading our building's outdated access system and was having a lot of trouble finding the information I needed to get the project going. I ended up stumbling upon GoKeyless and placed a small initial order with them for a test run - they were the only distributor I could find who would ship smaller quantities - and their service over the phone was great.
When the time came to make the full order, I shopped around a bit and found what looked like lower prices on other sites. I quickly discovered that those sites were listing items which were not in stock or which they didn't have any knowledge of. On top of this, many had customer service slightly worse than an insurance company's collections department.
Finally, in a near-desperate state and beginning to lose hope, I headed back over to GoKeyless. Mike spent a solid hour making sure I had everything I needed, double-checking compatibility and availability and finding the quantity discount I was looking for. I have never been so happy with a shopping experience.
GoKeyless has competitive prices and the best customer service around. My only regret is the time I wasted trying to shop elsewhere. I won't be making that mistake again.

Yvonne was just the opposite and facilitated my request with a smile. I will buy again from this company because of these great employees and will recommend it to friends.

The help I received picking out the correct lock system (even sending photos of our doors), and programming was top line. Their online chat function was very helpful, as was calling the company. During programming the locks I was talked through the process as well as having the technician share my screen. Highly recommend!
Today I contacted GoKeyless Tech Support. Steve Caldwell sorted out my dilemma quickly and efficiently. Over the past few months I have been assisting my client to convert several openings to keyless digital devices. The advise regarding products and the technical support for what can be very complex issues has always been immediate and spot on. When required their follow up has always been speedy and diligent.

Although we got off to a somewhat rocky start, in the end Tom Johnson was extremely helpful and walked me through the process expertly.
Going against the grain... Worst nitemare ever... Started with sales sending me the wring unit, and using the wrong email address... All set up info went to wrong email... No-one knows how to fix... Now am going on a month and no headway... I'm the one jumping thru hoops trying to fix... It should be them Demanding my money back

Tom was extremely helpful to me today with questions I had about my trilogy lock. He was quick to identify possible causes of the problem and gave me tips on how to fix them. I am going to try out the possible solutions today. He was very willing to have me call him back again tomorrow if I am not able to make these solutions work. It's so nice to place a call to tech support and know that I can find someone immediately who has the expertise (without having to escalation up through multiple technicians) and who listens and understands my issue. I give Tom an A++ for customer service and technical expertise.

I am an 80-year old who is not totally proficient with computers, and hesitant to make serious mistakes in setting up computer programs. Tom Johnson, a senior technical representative was very understanding and worked me through the process very well. The problems I was having resulted from the User's Guide I was provided with the locks was for Version 4,0 and my software disk was for DL-Windows 5 Version: 5. 2. 3. The screens and written instructions did not make sense. Tom was very apologetic about the confusion and led me through the process in a manner that I could understand. I know he was swamped with work, but he acted as though he had nothing to do, but to make sure my problems were completely taken care of. I could not have asked for better technical support.
Best Customer service I have had in a long time. Call me to tell me we had a package return to them un claimed. Mean while I never knew about it. Very helpful

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
