I bought my DL1300 lock 2 years ago. I never thought it worked properly. I talked with several people in you tech support group and everyone told me it was fine or to replace the battery. I replaced the battery 3 times inside a 5 month period. The lock would work part time for a few days and then the same thing would happen. I could not upload data to it and the bottom half of the numbers on the lock worked sporadically. I finally was able to talk with Tom. He diagonised the problem has a defective board behind the keys. He said the warranty would be close to running out and suggested we take the lock off to see if it had expired. Fortunately for me it had not yet expired. I paid to have a new lock sent over night to me and Tom ensured it left your facility that day. The next day I was lucky enough to talk with Tom again. He helped load the data to the new lock and I installed it. The new lock beeps at every key entry on the pad and the original one never did. I assumed it was working properly but actually never did. Without Tom's assistance my lock still would not working. Thank you had great job.

The staff at GoKeyless.com are wonderful! I ordered 100 key fobs for new tenants and UPS lost my package! I contacted GoKeyless and they worked quickly to file a claim. Yvonne from the shipping department contacted me every other day with updates. She went out of her way to keep me at the top of her list. This may at first appear to be a "mixed" review, but it's not really. You have to read to the end! First of all, I have ordered from Gokeyless on a number of occasions. Their products are very good, and pricing very competitive. In Oct 2014, I ordered a keyless digital door lock. We had a theft in our restaurant and this was part of the solution. Well, it turned out the lock was not necessary so I simply placed the unpacked shipping box in the corner of my desk. I finally went to install the lock 4 months later but when I opened the box, I found what was clearly a previously returned item, reshipped to me. Well, I figured, "what the heck"--as long as all the parts were there, who cares, but I DID inform Gokeyless what happened. I expected nothing because 4 months had passed. Well, I was both immediately surprised and delighted that Gokeyless pro-actively shipped me a brand new lock (no questions asked) along with an apology. Later Gokeyless actually called me. So... this kind of service is really impressive. Sure, the first lock was a mistake, and hey, it happens. But as I mentioned, I have ordered from Gokeyless before, and I can say for sure that they stand behind their product and are worthy of 5 stars from me!

I had trouble with a lock purchased from Gokeyless. They didn't make or design it. Not their fault. They agreed to refund to me with no qualms. They have an amazing array of locks to choose from and back up their word with integrity. I won't hesitate to buy from them in the future, and encourage everyone to do business with them.
