After adding 50 sequential cards to the Trilogy lock, the following morning was receiving notice that none of the previous proxy cards were working. After several failed attempts at self fixes, I called GoKeyless and purchased phone support.
Tom Johnson with GoKeyless called later in the day, diagnosed the issues after patiently listening how I had DL Windows and user information entered. After only 24 minutes Tom had provided the fix to restore the lock functions and my sanity. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend, especially for anyone not completely familiar with programing software.

The GoKeyless technician, Tyler, was outstanding! He was patient in tone, clear with giving directions, answered our questions and fielded possible scenarios for us to look out for. Even with setting up the appointment, the *******@gokeyless team was extremely responsive and responded to general questions related to our tech problem. The GoKeyless technical assistance experience was a 5 out of 5 star rating every step of the way. I would definitely recommend purchasing a GoKeyless product because if something goes wrong, the technical assistance you'll receive will definitely fix it!

I was in a bind and needed to get some keyless keypads in a hurry. I found what I needed on the website but needed to check stock & verify lead time. I called the number from the website & spoke with Mike Walker. Understand this was at 4PM on a Friday afternoon. I had a wonderful experience with GoKeyless. I knew nothing about ordering locks for my apartment community, what i would need or what would be good to get. I spoke with Eli and he helped me all the way. Was a wonderful person to work with.
Once i got the locks i was then transferred over to the service department to help me get everything set up. Tyler was there for me as well!

I ordered 2 of the same locks that come with a biometric fingerprint reader. I had one installed on one of our office doors but the other lock was delayed installing for about 5 months. When we finally went to install it, the lock in the box was not the one we ordered even though the picture on the box was the correct one. So I called GoKeyless and they said they need to conifrm if they could take it back since it was ordered 5 months prior. Ultimately they sent me a return postage label to send it back to them and they shipped me out the correct lock. Thanks for stepping up.
