I ordered an electronic lock and received the order confirmation on line. However, after about 20 minutes I did not get an e-mail confirmation. I sent an e-mail message and soon got a call. We discovered that I had made an error in my e-mail address. All is good the item was already shipped
I have had great experience with the Go-Keyless support folks. They can solve the problems and they have great communication, if I leave a message someone calls back in a timely manner and they are great with email as well.

Initially called with a question about the schedule feature, question was answered and follow up phone call was scheduled to answer any other questions and walk me through the program. On the follow up we shared screen and both of my major questions were answered. Tyler helped me on both occasions and seemed very knowledgeable with the software.

I ordered a narrow stile Trilogy lock from Go Keyless over a year ago and I was having problems getting back into the lock from a communication perspective between the laptop that has the Trilogy software on it and the lock itself. I called Go Keyless after their business had closed for the night and left a message. I received a call back the next morning. I worked with Tyler on two separate calls and he patiently walked me through each step until we had the problem resolved. Tyler was very knowledgeable and kind through the entire process and I am very grateful for his excellent customer service. I would recommend GoKeyless to anyone who asks about lock solutions specifically because of their excellent customer service.
My lock was programmed and installed and has been working great. I still didn't understand how to use the log and upate/ change schedules and groups so I called for tech support. Jordan was great about walking me through the system and helping me understand how to customize it in a way that works for MY users. He "took control" of my computer so he could make some changes for me, but was always good about stepping aside and letting me take the controls. Once we got it done, he helped me get my lock reprogrammed at the door. He was easy to talk with, supportive, patient and I never felt like he was rushing me. Excellent!
I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of a keyless entry Yale lock, as the sales department assisted with determining exactly what product would be best for my use and purpose. The technical support provided by first John, and today Jordan in the set up of the lock and pairing process for the range extender, as well as instruction on internet and phone access was outstanding. Jordan was so patient and respectful in the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone making a purchase from GoKeyless. The service was all I expected and more!
I bought a condo that had an existing Oracode lock on it and I needed to transfer it to my name / account. That required the company to send me a device to reprogram my lock. I got in touch with Jordan Hart at GoKeyless customer service and he was VERY helpful. The device was sent next day air and Jordan helped us through the process over the phone which went very smooth. He included a return mailer which was nice and also helped me set up my on line account for creating new door codes as needed.
Once again, in a crisis, Matt, like all techs at GoKeyless, came to the rescue. Trojan Virus hit my computer, wiping everything out including my door security system. A few emails to set up a time and poof!, the issue was fixed AND no previous information was lost.

I purchase 4 more KABA E5631 from go keyless, I had purchase 4 of the same locks January 2015. I have not had a bit of problems with them, well worth the money. On 1/26/2015 Tom Johnson assisted me with the set up of new users for my new locks at my second facility. He was very polite and I could tell he knew what he was doing. We got everything set up in about an half hour. He even made sure he stayed on the phone with me to make sure I understood everything and I was comfortable with it. I am very happy with the service I received.
I recently purchased this Go Keyless lock for my property and I am not so tech savvy so I called into get support. I worked with the most amazing customer service rep ever! "Tyler" he walked me through all the software downloading, set up, and even trained me for future adding of other users. This was truly a refreshing experience. I suggest you ask for Tyler if you are in need of assistance with this product.

Jordan Hart is the greatest support technician ever. I had major problems installing Go Keyless because my computer is on a locked company server. Jordan knew exactly what needed to be done and was very patient with the installation that took a lot of time and back and forth with our company support having to make changes as well while he waited.
I have never had a support person that was so pleasant and stayed until everything was working properly. He is truly a great asset to your company. I got him on my third try and am very satisfied.
My trainer was Casey and she did a fantastic job not only showing me the entire system and how it works but answered every "real world" scenario I could come up with. GoKeyless is so user friendly I kept on waiting for something to not make sense, there HAD to be a catch! Nope. Simple. I am thrilled with not only the ease but with the personal attention I have received.

I recently called because I was having trouble updating a new code for our locks. I was a little worried because Thylaar told me Trevor had been promoted and was no longer in tech support. Thylaar was awesome! Patient and friendly, Thylaar helped my assistant and I through the whole process. Our Preschool children and parents thank you for "helping us stay safe"

I was having an issue connecting the software with my lock. I called and Thyllar was able to fix the problem in under 5 minutes. Way to go!
Through no fault of theirs, the product I received was defective. After multiple attempts to get the manufacturer to honor their warranty, Tom at GoKeyless stepped in and made it right with no hassle and at GoKeyless' expense.
Before I contacted Tom, I told the manufacturer that their policy was clearly not designed to delight customers and make friends. GoKeyless delighted me and has made a friend!

We love our new keypad. Our assistant is able to focus on her work instead of the buzzer. Thylar with Tech Support was with us all the way. The lock was easy to install as well as the software. Would definitely refer to others.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
