From the start gokeyless knowledge of the many choices of locks and what would fill my needs was amazing. The follow up answering my many questions and prompt shipping was a pleasant surprise.

It was a good training, but moved at a fast pace. Skip was a wonderful trainer and continuously asked if I had questions. He got me through it but I just thing, looking back on it, it could've moved a little slower or had a reference form to go by. I didn't have time to take notes but Skip was wonderful!

I want to give high remarks on customer service and especially Tom Johnson Returns Department Manager at GoKeyless. The Yale product(Touchscreen lever) I ordered didn't work out(poor mechanics according to a professional installer) and I couldn't get any help from the manufacturer who refused to accept the return. Unlike Yale tech support, Tom at GoKeyless was very responsive and empathetic to my email concerns and though it was not the company policy to accept the open and installed product for return, he made an exception to fulfill the customer's satisfaction and explained very patiently the return process. I wouldn't buy Yale product again but would definitely order other products from GoKeyless again knowing how they listen and work with you. Thank you, Tom! You made my day!

Spoke with Tristan Marshall about getting some locks for a job I'm working on. He initially tried to help me but I realized the locks he was recommending weren't going to fit. This was pretty disappointing since I'm relying on his expertise. He told me he would find some other locks and after nine days and three emails to him later, he doesn't respond anymore.

I would like to take a minute to tell you how incredible my Gokeyless lock repair session went with Skip. He has great communication skills, as well as his technical skills. Together, working remotely, he/we were able to fix my lock data base/ profile and also I learned several new uses for my lock system. I believe that, as in the past, I have had quality help from Gokeyless lock tech support and now I can add Skip Graham to my list of very helpful and knowledgeable people at Gokeyless. I use the trilogy lock system. Thank you Skip Graham and Gokeyless for the fine job you are doing in selling and supporting this product, and other products I am sure.

The attention and assistance received from GoKeyless tech support was awesome. Training started on time, product knowledge was excellent. Our assigned technician Kiel was professional and supper friendly. I strongly recommend GoKeyless, from the purchase of the locks from Jason to software download, and training.

When a company earns my accolades, I make sure to go online to give it a great review, but also tell everyone I know about them. That is how it will be with GoKeyless. First Jeremy, then Adam. Each spent over an hour going over all the pros and cons of various lock scenarios for my daughter's new home. They know the products well and understood with great patience that I didn't. Both were willing to educate and explain. That's worth a premium price, BUT... you won't pay that with GoKeyless. All the help... plus a discount! You guys are terrific... and I am grateful! Thanks GoKeyless!

L ordered two locks, one of which was not the correct one. GoKeyLess replaced it with an appropriate lock and I returned the other. They worked with me to set everything up and with the installation. Very good support!

I ordered 2 Simplex 900 dead bolt locks to install on our ski school entry doors. The locks were easy to recode from the factory setting to our own combination. These locks replace two other Simplex 900 locks that have with stood approximately 25-30+ years of continual use and mountain environment. We have been extremely happy with the simplicity of use and the durability of these locks.
