It has been 4 weeks now... I sent pictures and what the locksmith told me would work and they sent the wrong locks. Then I sent back and they never confirmed receipt of the order. I have dealt now with 5 people and apparently they don't communicate with one another as they said they need 2 weeks to process the return order before they can ship the new ones. What? Very disorganized customer service and operations.
I've had Gokeyless for a few years now, on several of my properites and I absolutely love it! Anytime I have an issue they are here to help the entire way. My locks keep locking my residents out and I couldnt figure out why. So, I called, set up an appointment and Skip called me and fixed it all! Thank you so much Skip! I was almost to the point of pulling out my hair so thank you for saving, not only my keyless locks buy also my curly locks! If you haven't purchased them, your missing out on an incredible system!
I recently had to uninstall and reinstall a new lock for our front door and had a negative experience with the sales team at GoKeyless. Due to that, I was rather leery about the degree of helpfulness that the rest of the team would show but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful Skip was. I sent a barrage of convoluted emails in regards to our door and Skip always responded in a timely manner, even when his hours for calls to troubleshoot were busy. He was also very helpful via the phone and clarified information for me in his calls within minutes that would have took hours to digest in the installation manuals. Thank you Skip! I have trying to buy a keyless lock from Adam Miller a sales executive, he told me that they have installer all round the country but for the last 2 weeks they are not able to give me some local who can come and do a survey and give me a detailed quote. I have called 4-5 times Adam promises everything but what I got only run around. I hope one of the higher executive read my reviews and get back to me. Just notice if you give 1 star rating you can't even submit this survey.
I talked with Skip on the phone today with a long list of questions on how to use and adjust my Locks with the DL Windows Software. He is very knowledgeable and he was polite and concise. The Software is quite complex and not exactly user friendly, but Skip did a good job of showing me around. I am happy with the job he did, but I expect to call back because of the Software's non-intuitive interface.
I had a short support call that answered all my questions. I wish I had connected with Skip earlier.

Skip was the tech that helped me with my first initial setup of our product. He answered all my questions with patience, even offered to do a remote which was very helpful. In the remote, he allowed me to control the mouse and actually do the processes as he watched and pointed where I needed to direct my attention. It was great. Next time I need their tech support I will feel at ease.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
