I had a preliminary call with tech support while I was not on the premises of my installed lock system. We set up a future support appointment. But, it turned out that with a simple set of instructions, we were able to reset the handshake link between our lock gateway and our locks, and I was able to get the system back up and running again without the support appointment. Thanks for the help Matt!
I own a few gyms and utilize the Trilogy DL1300 lock sets, they are flawless and in my opinion the best lock for my gyms. I had a small issue with one of them just a month short of 2 years of ownership and inquired with gokeyless about the quickest way to get functional again... I spoke with Matt in tech support and he HANDS DOWN went waaayyy out of his way to make sure that I was up and running literally within an hour of my 1st contact with him. Gokeyless.com has a raving fan and customer for life! I have never had a customer service experience with any other company go so smoothly and had them become seriously concerned, as much as I am to service my customer base and keep my gym members able accessed to the gyms! 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Matt from Support did a great job of addressing my issue and resolving the problem. My only reason for not giving a five-star is that it took me over a week to get my issue resolved because I wasn't able to speak with someone for that long.

I have had multiple issues with my lock in the last year since I have bought it. The problem with their customer service is that they are not readily available. You always have to leave a message. I own a rental property and need someone to answer the phone while I am at the property. It does me no good for them to return the call if I am not at the location when they call back. They are also only available week days 9-5 and not on weekends. Many of the products they sell are not their products. They resell behome247 products. I have been waiting for a fix for a software issue for 2 weeks and still no resolution.
I was a bit frustrated with the new keyless lock (not fault of Gokeyless) system but once Matt got on the phone he handled my frustration plus the system very professional. It's true you have to wait a bit for a return call but its worth it. I think that we have the idea that everything should be done instantly or nothing has a hitch. Well, that's not the real world. Ask any mom. It's all about how to handle the situation. That's what Matt did, he handled the situation very well. Kudos to Matt...
I paid for second day am extra of 176$ its passed 3 days already and nothing. When i contact custumer service they claim thats nothing by thier fault keep lying about shippment and let me think im stupid dont know how to count to two! I placed the order on sat was supposed to get it max by tue AM! No one took responsibility for thier mistake and keep telling the same lies again and again. All i asked is to get the shippment cost refounded cause why i need to pay 176$ for second day if its coming two days after? And all i got its an answer that they going to cancel my order.
Don't do business with them if you guys want to stay happy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

I never write reviews but have been so disappointed in my customer experience with GoKeyless, I feel the obligation to warn others. Great prices, sales and tech representatives are friendly, but their response time and ability to help troubleshoot problems is very unprofessional. I'm now 7 weeks into a lock install with faulty products. My lock still isn't working as I type this due to faulty parts.
Go anywhere but GoKeyless. It's been a truly awful and costly experience. I'm on the verge of calling it quits on this system I ordered from them and will be out $2200 in install payments for the locksmith.

I recently installed a Trilogy T2 DL2800 lock that worked perfectly except all functions were operating in reverse. Matt helped sort out the cause which in retrospect was simple but required knowledge - the connection to the lock motor was reversed.
With properly installed wires the lock works beautifully in a public facility that serves thousands of people yearly..

So i purchased our lock for a community pool! The sales guy Jason was great answered all of my questions and helped me to pick the best lock for the job. I opted for the set up help and received an email from tech support. We followed the instructions and sent it back in simple. Then i had questions! The first guy wasn't very helpful but then Matt called me back talked me through everything in needed and walked me through the program. Super easy. Now i am all set to get my lock installed! Thank you Jason and Matt!
Skip did a great job troubleshooting our lock and was able to get us all setup and running on Vera home.
Worked with both Matt and Skip in technical support. Matt setup the initial database and communication was fast and efficient. The amount of support information supplied with this purchase was great as well. Skip called me back when I was initially setting up the lock and remoted in to assist with programming software setup and database programming. I highly recommend going through these guys just from the great support aspect! Thanks guys.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
